Ahead of next week’s launch, Nintendo and Apple have partnered to bring you an early look at the iOS-ready Super Mario Run. Beginning today, you can play a demo version of the game at your local Apple store.

During last night’s episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Fallon himself was allowed to try his hand at the new Super Mario installment, as creator Shigeru Minamoto was in attendance to announce the aforementioned Apple store demo.

In addition to his appearance on Fallon, Minamoto will also be present at Apple’s special event tonight in SoHo.

Super Mario Run accounts for Nintendo’s first major release for mobile devices, designed exclusively for iOS. The official game launch takes place in 100 countries on December 15.

Not NYC, not LA.
