The first full trailer for The Fate of the Furious is finally here and yes, it's full of explosions, fast cars, good banter, and a few slack-jaw surprises.

Giving us our first look at what a post-Paul Walker (pour one out) Fast and Furious movie is going to look like, the trailer kicks off with Vin Diesel's character, Dominic Toretto, seemingly turning his back on Luke Hobbs (The Rock) and the rest of the crew to instead work with the police.

The story is based on a script by Chris Morgan (who has written every Fast and Furious film since Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift), and picks up with Dom and Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) living a normal life, which is then turned upside down when a mysterious woman (Charlize Theron) seduces Dom back into the world of crime — and into the betrayal of his family we see in the trailer.

Fans will be excited to hear scenes in the movie takes place on the streets of New York City for the first time, as well as Berlin, Cuba, and Russia, including a ridiculous showdown involving snowmobiles and tanks on ice — a possible explanation for the film's Japanese title, Wild Speed: Ice Break.

The Fate of the Furious also stars Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Lucas Black, Kurt Russell, Jason Statham, Elsa Pataky, and Nathalie Emmanuel. The movie is directed by F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton, The Italian Job) and opens April 14.
