Highsnobiety

It has been 15 years now since the passing of the iconic Aaliyah, and it is clear the world is still not over it. But a huge part of her legacy has remained in jeopardy, as her catalogue of work has been conspicuously absent from all digital services short of low-quality Youtube videos. Until now that is. Ultimate, a seriously excellent collection of her greatest hits, has just appeared on Apple Music and the iTunes store. Stream it right here.

And though it may seem trivial, it is a huge deal that her work has appeared in remastered form. Songs like "Try Again," "One in a Million," and "More Than a Woman" have long-deserved the iTunes treatment, and it posed a serious threat in withholding her work for so long thanks to legal issues with her estate. In the meantime, rejoice that her spirit will live on.

Watch the music video for the iconic "Try Again" below.

In other music news, Ariana Grande and John Legend have just been announced to be heavily involved in the upcoming Beauty and the Beast remake. Get the scoop right here.
