Netflix has released the official trailer for its new sci-fi movie, iBoy, today — and, aside from looking pretty damn crazy, it also give us a first look at Game of Thrones actress Maisie Williams in her new role.

The film is about a teen named Tom (Bill Milner,) an average teenager whose world is turned on its head when a violent encounter with local thugs leaves fragments of his shattered smartphone embedded in his brain. When he wakes from a coma, however, he discovers that he has developed a strange set of superpowers. With these new powers he sets out to seek revenge on the gang, who (here's where Maisie comes in) assaulted his best friend and possible love interest, Lucy.

The new superpowers mean Tom sees and hears all internet and phone calls, and probably a lot more if the fight scene at 1:44 is anything to go by. We're in for a wild ride with this one.

Check out the trailer above.

After you've finished, here are 10 films that will open your eyes about transgendered people.
