Hermès is most typically known for its extensive selection of high-profile women’s items, with a specific emphasis being placed on their extremely coveted handbags – but that’s not to say that their menswear collections are anything to scoff at. This week, the Parisian fashion house debuted its FW17 men’s collection with much fanfare.

As always with Hermès, you really don’t need to check the label to know that the quality and craftsmanship is first-rate; this is immediately evident upon giving the runway photos a quick glance over. Outerwear options ranging from suede bombers to wraparound trench stylings open up the tone for the selection, while other materials on pieces like cashmere, suede goatskin, lambskin and premium cotton are pervasive throughout. Velvety looks also make an appearance on jackets and trousers, and bold graphics are kept to a minimum in favor of classier and more subtle patterning.

Check out the full range of looks above, and let us know in the comments below if anything in particular caught your eye.
