In honor of Black History Month, Mehrathon releases a new skate edit dubbed White Men Can’t Skate, a celebration of the world’s most stylish and iconic black skateboarders. The title of the film is of course a play on Ron Shelton’s 1992 drama, White Men Can’t Jump.

In compiling an array of footage, mostly retro-flavored and some even black and white, the new aesthetic is basically a walk down memory lane, as edited by Eric Lebeau.

See above to take it all in.

Also, earlier this month we found out that a White Men Can’t Jump remake is in the works.

Not NYC, not LA.
