Where form meets function

Leica recently attached its new SL camera to a drone in order to shoot Japan’s Hikone Castle, not only to show off the specs of the device, but also to highlight the beauty of one of the country’s most precious national treasures. The aerial filming 4K footage in turn provides with breathtaking views of the immaculate structure, making use of Ronin-MX and M-600 drones.

The project is in collaboration with DJI JAPAN, a leading drone company.
