Britain’s finest streetwear export Palace returns for spring 2017 with a new lookbook that’s top heavy with soccer influences and nostalgic ’90s bangers.
Modeled by multi-hyphenate creative Blondey McCoy and erstwhile Supreme man Lucien Clarke, the collection is crammed with rave-ready, old-school vibes. A cowboy shirt, branded rugby top and leaf-print pants make up some of the strongest casualwear looks, while the color-blocked waterproof jacket, varsity style bomber and lightweight cagoule will have you set against any nasty April showers.
Undoubtedly, the standout pieces here are the long-sleeve vintage soccer jerseys, which riff off Italian giants Juventus and Inter Milan. We touched on fashion’s obsession with il Bianconeri in this piece last year.
The collection drops at the Palace shop in Soho on February 24. Those not in London can cop the following week at 6 a.m. EST on March 3. As ever, let us know your favorite pieces in the comments below.
Meanwhile, images have leaked of Supreme’s upcoming partnership with Lacoste.
