Russian startup Hoversurf has unveiled the first commercial hoverbike. The Scorpion-3 is in turn a fully-manned quadcopter that could quite possibly be the future of hover vehicles.

Scorpion-3 is electric-powered, featuring a motorcycle seat and quadcopter drone technology, ultimately drawing inspiration from a compact dirt bike in terms of size and shape.

Capable of reaching heights up to 10 meters, the hoverbike is built with both professional and amateur navigators in mind. Manual and automatic control options are present, all while the vehicle is outfitted with a safety system powered by state of the art flight controllers, special logical programing, and computer-aided speed and altitude limiting.

Lastly, the Scorpion-3 can travel up to roughly 50 kilometers per hour, while carrying up to 120 kilograms.
