Tune in and turn up

The xx have just released a video for “Say Something Loving”, a dreamy track off their third album I See You that dropped earlier this year. Directed by Alasdair McLellan, the video switches from black and white to colour; from grainy, low-fi footage to crisp camera shots, and shows a group of friends raving and arcading around London, while Romy, Oliver, and Jamie jam in a blue room.

“We wanted to celebrate our hometown and revisit some of the places that reminds us of our friendship when we were growing up,” the band explained in a press release. In addition to new music on I See You, the three piece recently covered Drake and Rihanna’s “Too Good,” in addition to a series of performances on SNL.

Check out the video for “On Hold” – another single from the new album.
