In marking the opening of its new Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur division, Porsche has unveiled its most powerful 911 Turbo S to date, the 2018 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series. The in-house workshop will in turn specialize in the production of customized products, as the aforementioned 2018 911 Turbo S acts as the first car from the Exclusive Series.
The vehicle welcomes a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat six engine that cranks out 599 horsepower and 553 pounds per square feet of torque, allowing the 911 to move from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 2.8 seconds.
The Exclusive Series coupe then rests on Porsche’s active sports chassis with Porsche Active Suspension Management, while the Sport Chrono package comes as standard. Black center-locking 20-inch wheels with Golden Yellow Metallic highlights further accent the ride, and the Turbo S’s Turbo Aerokit adds a large spoiler to the rear.
The interior notes 18-way adjustable sports seats that have been done up in perforated leather with Golden Yellow striping and Turbo S lettering in the headrest.
As for now, Porsche is expected to produce 500 Exclusive Series 911s, as you can look for the car to start at roughly $257,500 USD.
In addition, Porsche also designed a customized chronograph watch to go with the new model.
