Here is the latest entry in our partnership with COLORS BERLIN, an online music channel that aims to break down the barriers of the musical landscape. ALL COLORS NO GENRES is their main mission – from hip-hop to indie, electronica, R&B and pop, COLORS BERLIN allows artists to present themselves and their work in a contemporary way. We’ve teamed up with them on a series of video shorts in which artists are invited to perform one of their own tracks in the COLORS studio.
Denai Moore has frequently stated that Lauryn Hill is among her chief influences in her craft. And while this is clearly felt, it serves to undo the overwhelming magnetism and charisma that Moore contains as a performer in her own right.
No better proof can be found than in her set for COLORS Berlin, where she treats us to a rendition of “Does It Get Easier?” The track appears on her newly-released We Used to Bloom, and it should answer any and all questions as to how this talented singer got to o where she is now.
