Nike is launching new yoga workouts this season in the form of 15 to 45-minute long do-anywhere routines, all a part of the brand’s free Nike+ Training Club app.

“At Nike, our goal is to make people better athletes,” Nike Master Trainer and yogi Branden Collinsworth insists. “That’s why we create programming that prepares you for whatever life has to throw at you.”

In partnership with yogis Traci Copeland and Leah Kim, Collinsworth has helped develop all of the app’s routines, as each yoga workout ultimately falls into one of three categories: endurance (helping build stamina), strength (holding poses longer to increase muscle strength), and mobility (releasing tension and helping recharge mentally).

“These new workouts are really powerful because they offer the chance to practice no matter what your goal is or where you are on your yoga journey,” says Kim. “With the varying workout focus areas, lengths and poses, there is something for everyone – from the beginner yogi looking to improve their practice to those who are more advanced.”

When selecting a workout, simply choose the routine that best fits the time slot you have available and the style of program you’re in the mood for.

“This isn’t about just doing yoga on what would otherwise be an off day, but actually making yoga a regular part of your routine,” noted Copeland.

Once you have the aforementioned NTC app, just search “yoga” to find new workouts. Four new sessions will be launching this week on June 28, followed by 10 rolling out between July and September.

Now step up your yoga game with these stylish blocks.
