SERIES by Bodega is the Boston-based retailer’s new collaborative concept for its Repurposed project — which brings together the idea of vintage as a living, continuously relevant aspect of modern design, and the impulse to archive, catalog, and educate.

For this drop, the brand has joined forces with headwear specialists New Era to remake a selection of vintage products utilizing New Era’s iconic headwear alongside Otto, a vintage store owner and former manager of famous punk club The Rat.

Drawing inspiration from military aesthetics, the offering consists of special caps composed of vintage military garments, such as the camo-print textiles, MA-1 flight jacket nylon, shearling lining and various heavy-duty materials. Other design elements include garment tags, pockets, patches and utility straps, while top quality craftsmanship solidifies its overall appeal.

You can find this range of 1-of-1 headwear pieces at Bodega starting today.

Now here’s a closer look at Raf Simons’ FW17 Eastpak collab.
