Nike began offering free yoga workouts on its Nike+ Training Club app late last month. The training sessions range from 15 to 45 minutes in length and are available for all yoga levels.

But if you haven’t already had the chance to try out the new feature, the following videos will convince you. Nike rounded up six trainers to explain why they choose to practice yoga, and why it’s the all-round best workout.

Each trainer has their own reason why they found yoga, from starting it to supplement other workouts, using it as a form of self-care to relax or, to quote Sandra Riley Tang, to gain “awareness of your mind, your emotions and your body.”

But the best thing about the videos? Two of the trainers say that just 10 or 15 minutes of yoga a day can have a positive affect, so there’s no reason not to start.
