Tune in and turn up

A video from 2013 depicting Post Malone playing with his band Love In Colors as a 17-year-old has surfaced thanks to the snoops over at Reddit’s HipHopHeads. Shot at the Grapevine Main Street Fest in Texas, the soon-to-be-famous musician lays down a belter with his backing band to a thin crowd of locals.

The performance won’t be surprising to those who have seen his cover of Bob Dylan’s “Don’t Think Twice It’s All Right.”

The video does, however, show the Southern musician’s songwriting chops and his artistic aspirations before making it in the hip-hop world. Perhaps more videos will surface of his fledgling talent in the future. For now we have the below clips to hold us over.
