Award-winning French art and design duo Mathias Augustyniak and Michael Amzalag, collectively known as M/M (Paris), have been tapped by Lacoste for a special fall project. Here, the two have created a two-tone geometric alphabet reinterpreting the world’s most famous crocodile.

“I admire their work, which I find very personal and rich,” says Lacoste’s artistic director Felipe Oliveira Baptista. “I like the alchemy which takes place between their freedom of tone and the strictness of their creations.”

From A to Z, Augustyniak and Amzalag have redefined the outlining of Lacoste’s signature croc in a way only they could accomplish. We thus see styles for both men and women, ranging from T-shirts and polos to crewneck sweatshirts, full-zip hoodies, and headbands and wristbands.
