3D printing can be pretty cool, especially when you can build an entire house in less than 24 hours or a cabin that’s completely covered in living plants, like the one above from Emerging Objects.

Emerging Objects is a California-based studio founded by Ronald Rael and Virginia san Fratello that specializes in 3D printing.

Its latest project is the above cabin, which is made using 4,500 living, plant-filled tiles.

Each tile is unique and serves as a rainscreen. On the front facade, the planter tiles offer pockets for succulents to grow in, creating a wall of living, oxygen-creating nature.
