To briefly recap, during a lengthy exchange on social media on Monday, Cardi B claimed that Minaj only landed a deal with Diesel because she had rejected it first. To counter, Minaj said that Cardi's deal with Steve Madden had been offered to her previously, but she turned it down.
In response, Madden tweeted at Minaj, stating that she couldn't "turn down an offer that was never made."
Enter 50, who stepped into the argument to call Madden a liar. The rapper posted an excerpt of an interview Madden conducted with Vibe back in 2015. In the interview, Madden spoke about wanting to work with Minaj, but went with Iggy Azalea instead.
What followed was a lot of he-said-she-said, with Minaj calling Madden a "dumb f***," and asking him to respond to 50's post.
Azalea piped up to say Madden was "lying like sh**."
And then when Madden attempted to apologize, Minaj took him down once again.
Cardi kept quiet during this dragging match, which could be why the pair have seemingly now called a truce.
TL;DR: 50, Minaj, and Azalea called Steve Madden a liar. Cardi and Minaj beef may be done.
