Acne Studios this week returns with the second installment from their Face Motif series, celebrating inclusivity through non-nuclear family compositions. The new campaign in turn stars internationally renowned Canadian fashion model from the late ’90s, Tasha Tilberg, her wife Laura Wilson, and their six-year-old twins, Bowie and Gray, captured at their home in British Columbia, Canada by Craig McDean.

Tilberg ultimately removed herself from the fashion scene in order to raise her family in the Canadian countryside.

“I am always fascinated by those people who move away from cities rather than to them,” says Acne Studios’ creative director Jonny Johansson. “They seem to gain something that I don’t have. That is inspiring. For me it is about connecting to nature; I find that feeling more and more rewarding.”

Fall/Winter 2018 marks the evolution of Acne Studios’ Face Motif collection, exploring new colorways and product categories such as sneakers. The seasonal capsule is available beginning today at Acne Studios stores and online.
