After stunning us with a huge Space Jam-themed footwear and apparel pack that included a special-edition Air Jordan 11, it appears Nike’s Jordan Brand is returning with another new 11 before the year is out.
Images have emerged of a super-luxurious Air Jordan 11 Retro Pinnacle that comes with a premium suede upper in a “Cool Grey” colorway. It looks remarkably like a similar pair that sprung up back in October, however these look lighter in color and slightly more sophisticated in comparison.
The model is stripped of the beloved patent leather upper for a deconstructed aesthetic, while squared leather laces, a leather quilted insole, a rubber midsole, a carbon fiber spring plate and a semi-translucent outsole keep the shoe feeling Jordan-like. Interestingly, the shoe also takes a minimalistic approach to branding, with little to none besides a debossed side panel Jumpman.
The shoe was briefly available over at Kith, but is unfortunately now sold out. Stay tuned for more information as we have it.
Meanwhile, adidas debuts a chilly new colorway of the Harden Vol. 1.
