
Emerging Portland MC Aminé has been on the come up for the past year or so after his debut single “Caroline” peaked at number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100. Now, the XXL Freshman Class-selected rapper has announced his debut album Good For You.
Aminé’s first full-length is set to drop July 28. Earlier this year, Aminé released “REDMERCEDES” with a remix featuring Missy Elliott and AJ Tracey which was one of our best tracks of the week, and “Heebiejeebies” with Kehlani. He also shared a short film called Becoming, which features a soundtrack by Tyler, The Creator. Aminé most recently dropped the Charlie Wilson-featuring “Turf,” an ode to his hometown which you can revisit below.
