Apple has announced the 10 winners of its "Shot on iPhone" challenge, which ran from January 22 to February 7, and it highlights imagery from various users that is essentially captured via the iPhone.
A variety of iPhones were used for the contest, ranging from the iPhone 7 through the iPhone XS Max. Six of the 10 winners were from the USA, which included Alex Jiang, Blake Marvin, Elizabeth Scarrott, Andrew Griswold, Bernard Antolin, and LieAdi Darmawan, while Darren Soh from Singapore, Nikita Yarosh from Belarus, Dina Alfasi from Israel, and Robert Glaser from Germany topped off the esteemed list.
The winning photos from the 10 winners ranged from scenic landscapes to architecture, portraits and more, with each to be featured on Apple billboards in select cities, retail stores, Apple's website and social media accounts.
To determine the winners, Apple's international panel of judges included its marketing chief Phil Schiller, in addition to a number of Apple employees and renowned photographers Pete Souza, Austin Mann, Annet de Graaf, Luísa Dörr, Chen Man, Kaiann Drance, Brooks Kraft, Sebastien Marineau-Mes, Jon McCormack and Arem Duplessis.
