Following accusations of sexual assault this summer, A$AP Bari is being sued. As TMZ reports, the A$AP Mob member and VLONE founder is being sued by the woman depicted in the video, who filed the lawsuit anonymously.

According to the alleged victim, Bari’s attorney pressured her to release a joint statement saying there was no assault. She is now suing Bari, real name Jabari Shelton, for over $1 million.

Bari was originally accused of sexual assault in July 2017, when a video depicting the alleged assault surfaced online. Bari responded to the allegations shortly after, referring to the clip as “misleading.”

As a result of the allegations, Nike cut ties with A$AP Bari, who collaborated with the brand on a VLONE x Air Force 1 sneaker.
