Hiroyuki Tenada, the lead star of the YouTube series Diaries of a Mastery Sushi Chef, uses his sushi-rolling superpowers to turn a Big Mac into an iconic Japanese roll – minus all the rice and seaweed and that kind of stuff.
First he slices each bun into thinner pieces that can be used as nori, then, being an actual chef rather than the fast food imitation of one, throws some fresh tomato, avocado and cilantro to the mix. He then uses the traditional Japanese rolling method that he does so well to turn the concoction into something vaguely resembling a mass market take on Japan's best-known dish.
