At this month's EICMA motorcycle show in Italy, BMW have unveiled their new R NineT Scrambler. The model draws inspiration from off-road dirt bikes from the 50's, 60s and 70s, here featuring the same 1.17-liter boxer twin as the Roadster. That equates to 110 horsepower and 85 pound-feet of torque.
The NineT Scrambler also stands out from the Roadster due to its retooled features such as the exhaust being positioned alongside the swing-arm, a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel. The seating is also noticeably more upright, in addition to the raised handlebars and lowered foot pegs. The front of the bike also boasts a circular headlamp.
The customizable motorcycle comes stock in matte silver with a brown saddle. You can, however, make it your own thanks to a slew of custom parts.
