The Business of Fashion shares this year’s BoF 500 class ahead of tonight’s annual BoF 500 gala at Paris Fashion Week. Now in its seventh year, the BoF 500 highlights those who are shaping the global fashion industry. Each year, new names are added to the list, as nominated by the existing BoF 500 members, which includes more than 70 nationalities based in more than 45 countries.

This year ushers in a notable change for the BoF 500. Names will no longer be removed from the BoF 500 to make room for new individuals. Instead, 100 new members will be added to the BoF 500 each year moving forward.

Covering the 2019 print edition for the BoF 500 are existing members Adut Akech and Pierpaolo Piccioli, joined by newcomers Dapper Dan and Chika Oranika. The new class also welcomes Travis Scott, Kerby Jean-Raymond, Sterling Ruby, Peggy Gou, Peter Saville, Emily Bode, Mike Amiri, StockX’s Josh Luber, model Nathan Westling, and Teen Vogue’s Lindsay Peoples Wagner, among other influential members of the fashion community from around the world.

Additionally, Marco Bizzarri, Angelica Cheung, Michael Burke, Adrian Joffe, François-Henri Pinault, Nadja Swarvoski, and 14 others are being inducted into the BoF 500 Hall of Fame.
