Fashion brands opening their own cafes and restaurants is not exactly new. From Gucci, Roberto Cavalli to Armani and at point even A Bathing Ape, a restaurant or a cafe somehow seems like a great extension for a fashion brand and British luxury house Burberry has finally opened its first this week in London. Entitled "Thomas," the first Burberry cafe and restaurant opened inside its Regent Street flagship store. The café offers an all-day menu, and focuses on ingredients sourced from UK farmers and artisans - a big trend in food globally. Within the cafe space one can also find a new gifting area and a monogram space, which allows you to add your own personal touch to leather goods within the hour. London Fashion Week is of course a perfect setting to celebrate the opening of such a new space.
