Highsnobiety

High fashion has been jumping on the streetwear trend for a while now. The backpack is a quintessential element in that look, especially with biking having become such a trend as well. We all know, bags, tote bags, they are just not practical on the bike and therefore it needs to be a backpack. At the same time you do not want to look like you just walked out of high school. The choice is plenty in the luxury backpack range at this point and we picked out some for you to choose from - premium materials, premium looks, yet easy to wear and match with any outfit.

Check out our full selection of luxury backpacks, available at retail now, here below.

Santiago Gonzalez Crocodile Backpack

We start with an extreme one. Designer Santiago Gonzalez presents an olive green all crocodile leather backpack for Fall/Winter 2012. Otherwise the form stays nice and simple. But the croc skin of course comes at a price. You can buy it here for a whopping 5200 Euros.

Givenchy Navy Felt and Leather Backpack

We love the backpacks from Givenchy. This season they present a nice simple version with a mixed navy felt and black leather upper. Great compartment division, great color, the backpack is now available for 2250 USD here.

Mismo Heritage Backpack

Danish brand Mismo continues its strong path and presents a beautiful canvas and leather backpack in beige with brown leather details this season. Similar to something that you would get from Filson, but just a little more clean, a little more elegant. We love them. You can get it for 465 Euros here.

Balenciaga Aged Leather Backpack

Luxury brand Balenciaga presents a black aged leather backpack. Perfectly in line with their look, the backpack works with a more fashion centric look very well. You can get it now here for 895 Pounds.

Bottega Veneta Nero Calf Backpack

Italian brand Bottega Veneta presents the luxury hipster version of the backpack. Butter soft leather, nice tonal details, yet overall rather large in size. It comes in several colors and is now in stock from all Bottega Veneta boutiques.

Kris Van Assche for Eastpak Black XXL Backpack

Here is our favorite backpack from the new Fall/Winter 2012 Kris Van Assche for Eastpak range. Large in size, canvas uppers, premium leather details, lots of compartments and all that for a rather decent price (compared to the rest of course). You can buy it for 545 USD here.

Steve Mono 'Paul' Backpack

Here is a real simple backpack coming from Steve Mono. It comes with a flap closure and simple leather straps, all in black with a mixed canvas and leather upper. If you are looking for something not too large and convenient, then this is the right one to look at. It is now available here for 365 Euros.
