Call of Duty fans can look forward to the latest installment in the series, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, arriving this October. In addition to today's release date announcement, Activision has also shared a teaser for the game.

While the description for the clip reads "Forget what you know," the clip doesn't really do much in terms of letting us in on what to expect from Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, although this leads us to believe we may receive new storylines.

We do however know that prior to the game's October 12 launch for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, a community reveal event will take place on May 17.

For now, this is all we have on Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, so be sure to check back with us for additional info.

In other video game news, 'Super Smash Bros.' is finally coming to Nintendo Switch.
