Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is now backward compatible, according to Xbox’s Major Nelson (Larry Hryb).

The classic game was released back in 2009 for the Xbox 3060, but now for the first time, users will be able to play it on the Xbox One.

All player stats and DLC will remain intact, and users who were previously banned from the game will still not be able to play. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was the last COD game to be made backward compatible, so now you can play the whole series on the Xbox One.

If you didn’t pick up the game when it first released, it happens to be on sale, though a remaster of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is rumored to drop this year.
