Last year, Chance the Rapper and Jeremih joined forces on a special holiday project, Merry Christmas Lil' Mama. Now the tandem is back together to reportedly finish the release, turning the mixtape into a complete album. The new compilation is then set to boast previously-releases songs as well as new material.
“It’s gonna be a little bit of both, but pretty much, it’s gonna be a completion of that project,” Chance recently stated. “We just put it out for the culture, for the fans and stuff. Now, we’re really finishing it up and we’re gonna put it out right. It’s gonna have new music. It’s gonna be mixed and mastered and everything.”
Ahead of the delivery, Chance and Jeremih took to Chicago's Power 92.3 this week to promote the album and to unleash a new tune dubbed "Ms. Parker." You can stream the collaboration above, and be on the lookout for a retooled Merry Christmas Lil' Mama to arrive next week.
