Natalie Jerome, brand and licensing director at Kings Road Publishing, in turn acquired the exclusive rights to the book, In Search of the Nation's 50 Favourite Chicken Establishments, from Tim Bates and Laura McNeill at Peters Fraser + Dunlop.

The book is scheduled to arrive on October 5, accompanied by a full sales, PR and marketing campaign across traditional and social media.

Quashie's popular YouTube show, which provides in-depth critiques of UK fried chicken shops, all while awarding them scores, has garnered 22 million views on YouTube.
