Clarks Originals celebrate an impressive anniversary this year as the Desert Boot turns 65. An irrefutable classic, much-imitated and never out of style, it continues to play a leading role for the brand, striking the perfect balance between casual and smart. To mark Nathan Clarks's landmark creation, the Fall/Winter 2015 collection offers a limited edition in "Loden Green," a colorway rescued from the archives and applied to top quality suede from traditional English tannery, Charles F. Stead of Leeds.

The flagship model covered, Clarks Originals have plenty to offer on the more contemporary front thanks to newly appointed head of design, Chris Law. At their recent preview we were immediately taken by the "Graphic Pack," (thankfully) available for both men and women. Three styles are worked in a dot-meets-grid pattern with a hand-drawn feel. Your choices include the Wallabee, Desert Boot and the brilliant Trigenic sports shoe, all in shades of grey, beige and black. Also on our "Need" list; the 100% pure wool "Felt" collection in grey marl and the burgundy grain leather "Bekery Hill" boot in all its clunky elegance. Hitting shelves and screens later in the year, Fall/Winter 2015 represents yet another healthy selection from a brand with an eye on both the past and future.
