Colin Furze, the man who brought you a homemade hoverbike, has outdone himself with his latest project, a life-size Tie Fighter from Star Wars.

All pieces were sourced from eBay to complete what ended up being a 46 foot long, 23 foot wide, and 14 foot high beast.  The full steel construction is as menacing in real life as it is in the films.

Furze even put effort into the interior, decking it out with lights, a joystick, and an iPad that serves as a target screen so he can lock into rebel X-Wings.

Check out the video above and then head to Burghley House in Stamford, England, where the Tie Fighter is on display until Sunday December 10.
