Editor’s Notes: Hikmet Sugoer, founder of SONRA and formerly of Solebox, has unveiled his latest project, a collaborative effort with German shoe care brand Collonil.
The subject of said collaboration is SONRA’s Proto II silhouette, which has been dressed in pink and gray suede. As with all SONRA footwear, this sneaker is made in Germany and comes in highly limited numbers.
Only 200 pairs have been made, with 100 available to the public at the SchuHS sneaker event in Berlin on January 19 for €280 (approximately $320). All pairs are individually numbered.
Each shoe has already been treated with Collonil’s Carbon protective spray, making them ready for the elements straight out of the box. Each pair purchased also comes with a miniature bottle of the spray.
