The project of Flavio Girolami and Prathan Poopat almost needs no introduction, but the UK's Business Fashion outlet is, on the other hand, one of only a handful of boutique fashion outlets in the country that's stocking the famously minimal label's suitably restrained Chelsea boots.
In fact, the Business is taking pre-orders now on an exclusive range Common Project Chelsea boots, with both the tan suede or gray suede with natural crepe soles available only at the UK store. Their full range, however, includes black suede with black crepe sole and khaki suede with natural crepe sole, with a new drop of exclusives due March 2016 which the Business are now taking pre-order for.
The Business of Fashion is run by two brothers in the English city of Leicester who, dissatisfied with the current fashion options in the city, decided to run a bespoke fashion outlet stocking labels that moved away from the fast fashion of the high street to 'slower,' high quality style. Smaller independent Japanese labels such as mastermind and NEIGHBORHOOD sit alongside contemporary brands like Moschino and Kenzo, big independents such as Rick Owens and Yeezy, as well as grand luxury fashion houses like Valentino, Givenchy and Saint Laurent. In the bright and wood-paneled outlet, each label is displayed carefully within its own dedicated space.
Chelsea boots have been on the lips of a fair few buyers we've spoken to over the course of the year, making the humble boot one of our defining trends for 2015 and with enough traction in them, we're confident the menswear staple will continue well into 2016. Plus, it's Common Projects.
From tomorrow, the store is also offering an extra 50% off on selected items. Check out their collection now.
