Craig Green will be the guest designer at Pitti Uomo 94, the London designer announced via an Instagram post earlier today. One of the biggest events in the fashion calendar, Pitti Uomo is a menswear trade show, held in Florence twice a year. Craig Green will be presenting his SS19 collection through an exclusive fashion show, following from previous guest designers, UNDERCOVER and takahiromiyashita The Soloist, who showed a joint collection in January.

Lapi Cianchi, Pitti Immagine's communication & events director, said Craig Green was chosen for his ability "to innovate in a radical way the codes of menswear, without ever losing of view of the dynamics of the contemporary market", they also noted the incorporation of "workwear influences, futuristic volumes, sculptural silhouettes and functional aspects" in his design.
