Indonesian artist Aditya Aryanto has unveiled a new series in which he has imagined various animals as cubed creators. Aryanto in turn made use of actual wildlife photographs, then manipulating the subjects to showcase a more unique, unconventional form.

“I am interested in the cubical shape and trying to change some animal form into cubes,” Aryanto says. “I was really curious about the results, so I tried to find some funny animal pictures to be changed into ‘ani-cube’.”

Aryanto thus utilized Photoshop to reconstruct the shape of each animal, creating sharp corner edges instead of naturally curved forms.

You will ultimately see a bear, dog, deer, tiger, mouse, horse, kangaroo, rabbit and various other wildlife all taking on a cubic shape.
