Sushi fans — prepare to salivate. A video showcasing Daisuke Nakazawa, one of the world's best itamaes, at work has surfaced online — and it is completely masterful.

Posted by food channel Tasty, the footage sees Nakazawa prepare several cuts of delicious sushi. The chef was trained by the sushi GOAT Jiro Ono (check out his movie on Netflix if you haven't done so already), and so it's no surprise that he should go about his business with the finesse of a string quartet.

"I want my sushi to create a moment for customers," says Nakazawa. "I want them to say 'wow!' as they put it in their mouth."
