Location: Milan, Italy

Season: Spring/Summer 2018

Editor’s Notes: Damir Doma, long versed in the art of monochromatic steez, went in a surprising new direction this season, disavowing his gothic-ninja past with a new streetwear-oriented direction. The collection featured the designer’s new capsule collection for Lotto, an Italian sportswear brand, providing some context to Doma’s new direction.

Key Looks: The side-stripe track pant gets a Damir Doma remix with the Lotto sportswear logo running straight down the seam before going totally awry. The oversized bomber jackets in polished, glossy purple, and the XXL hoodie paired with a lilac skirt.

However, Doma's heavy use of prints and colorful accents ranging from lilac to teal marks something totally new, given he is repeatedly referenced as one of contemporary fashion’s Gothic masters.
