While last year saw an abundance of virtual reality music videos, 2016 has since proven a bit quiet on the interactive visual front...until now. As one of the most progressive musicians in the game, Dawn Richard (aka D∆WN) is never one to shy away from breaking down barriers when it comes to her sonic and visual artistry. Further pushing the limits on her craft, the former Danity Kane and Diddy-Dirty Money member has dropped a dazzling new project for her single "Not Above That."

The video, realized using VR technology, offers a 360-degree journey in space as viewers move about a compact rocket ship while planets, hologram back-up dancers, asteroid fields and multi-colored projections of D∆WN herself come into view at various moments throughout the clip.

Launch yourself into an intergalactic adventure by watching the video for "Not Above That" above, then be sure to check out our recent LA-shot editorial of the singer.
