We're in love with simple, clean, minimal watches; we rounded up some of our favorites in this guide a while back. But like all things, we're always on the hunt for more. Recently German maker, Defakto shared news of their new Struktur timepiece with a super-flat 6.6mm stainless steel case.  We called one in for a closer look and were pleasantly surprised with the build. While the dial and subdial markers are a bit thinner than we imagined (based on the photo), the overall feel and 40mm casing sits very nicely on the wrist - no bulk on this one from Defakto. The calfskin band finishes off the watch properly.

The Defakto Struktur is produced in Pforzheim, Germany using a Swiss made quartz Ronda 715 movement. It's available online for $240.
