Diadora and hanon have teamed up to release the "Tuscan Racer," a collaborative edition of the V.7000 running shoe inspired by road cycling in the Italian alps.
Taking styling cues from the Italian-made bikes of the '70s and '80s, the pair have draped the iconic '90s running shoe in a "Celeste" mint green. It's constructed at Diadora’s Caerano Di San Marco factory and features a premium build of super soft kangaroo leather, pigskin nubuck and old-school mesh.
Other nice little touches include a luxury leather laminated footbed with printed racing stripes, flame logo branding on both tongues, and dual branding embroidered on opposing heels. Finally, the cream and white overlays mimic the white-walled tires and handlebar tape of the iconic racing bikes.
The Diadora x hanon V.7000 “Tuscan Racer” will be released in store on Saturday, October 8, and any remaining sizes will be available online shortly afterwards.
Meanwhile, adidas Originals look east for Russia-inspired Gazelle GTX “City Pack.”
