Dr. Martens continues to crank out the collaborations. Following recent projects with fragment design and UNDERCOVER, the English footwear and clothing brand pays homage to The Who with a special collection.

After co-founder and band leader Pete Townshend wore a pair of 1460 boots on stage in 1967, Dr. Martens was thrust into the world of music, with the industry thus playing a pivotal role in its ever-evolving DNA. In celebration of the iconic English rock band, the brand utilizes The Who’s signature tricolor target on various footwear styles and complementary apparel pieces.

Dr. Martens drapes the 1460 boot, 1461 shoe, and Adrian tassel loafer in smooth leather, while this trio of models boasts a red Dr. Martens heel loop and welt stitching, and a dual-branded sockliner, in addition to the aforementioned target motif. The brand’s Pressler and Toomey then welcome the legendary mod iconography, while noting The Who-branded AirWair heel loops and a dual-branded logo on the red sockliner.

To complement the footwear, Dr. Martens offers two cotton T-shirts — one with the target symbol and the other with The Who motifs — soft cotton socks, and a black leather backpack with the band’s target symbol.
