By now, everyone should be aware that there’s so much more to South Korea than k-pop—not that you can’t be obsessed with all of the noise coming from this corner of the world. Daegu City-based band Drinking Boys and Girls Choir has been steering down a lane of their own with a sound best described as skate-punk. In the spirit of 20ninescene, we’re thrilled to be premiering the trio’s new single “I’m a Fucking McDonald’s.” The title of the track is enough to have you salivating, but between all the shouting, soaring guitars, and drum smashing, there’s no way that your body won’t feel recharged after having such an angsty song on blast.

The flavorful track is fresh off Drinking Boys and Girls Choir’s debut album titled Keep Drinking, the follow-up to 2015’s We are EP. The record is slated to drop on March 8 via Damnably Records and is currently available to pre-order here. The band will also be making their SXSW debut in March so stay tuned for more and devour “I’m a Fucking McDonald’s” in its entirety below.
