Eminem just surprise-dropped new album Kamikaze, the rapper’s 10th to date, following 2017’s Revival.
Eminem announced his album in a tweet, writing: “Tried not 2 overthink this 1 … enjoy.”
Kamikaze, a 13-track effort, includes collaborations with Royce da 5’9″ and Joyner Lucas, as well as a track from the upcoming Venom reboot. “Greatest,” the second track on the LP, interpolates Kendrick Lamar’s “HUMBLE.”
Longtime friend and Eminem collaborator Dr. Dre executive produced the album, while the artwork seems to be a homage to the Beastie Boys classic, Licensed to Ill. Additional production credits include Mike WiLL Made-It (“Greatest” and “Fall”), as well as Boi-1da.
In addition to the features, Eminem apparently takes shots at Drake, Tyler, the Creator, and Lil Yachty among others. Donald Trump, who was a big topic on Revival, is addressed again, as are Vice President Mike Pence, the Grammy Awards, and the press.
The album is available to stream in full below via Apple Music and Spotify.
