Highsnobiety

Better late than never, Sunday's episode of Family Guy featured a recreation of Jay Z and Solange Knowles' infamous elevator confrontation from back in 2014. The sketch does however coincide with the recent release of Solange's new album, A Seat at the Table.

The clip finds Peter Griffin reminiscing about the time that he was in an elevator with Jay, Solange and big sis Beyoncé. While Solange is swinging on Jay, Peter is spouting random nonsense regarding the hotel pool.

The real elevator dispute occurred in 2014 at the Standard Hotel in New York City.
