Although here at Highsnobiety we do not condone gun violence, we're still very much enjoying "Famous Guns," a line-up of iconic weapons from their respective films. Italian art director Federico Mauro is an award-winning commercial director by day, who hones some of his artistic skills through projects like this one. Choosing the weapons filmmakers and writers have imagined for their characters, he has realized them into a line up of objects he then photographs. You can see two more of his projects here: "Famous Eyeglasses," and "Famous Shoes," both of which explore the legacy between an object and a famous character.
