Eric Andre consistently delivers a special kind of batshit insane on his late-night talk show spoof The Eric Andre Show. Sometimes this manifests in pieces of comedy gold like Danny Brown and A$AP Rocky participating in a blindfolded obstacle course, while other times it results in extremely awkward situations like T.I. storming off-set. This week's guest on Andre's variety program was the one and only Flavor Flav, whose interview fell somewhere in between these two extremes.

Flav started out his segment genuinely excited to be on board, despite being met by the characteristic deadpan of Andre and co-host Hannibal Buress. Decked out in white with a modest-sized clock, he attempted to make conversation with his hosts. But that attempt, however noble, proved futile. Things escalate quickly after both a sound-check technician and Andre himself attempt to poke him in the privates. Flav is not thrilled, and the attempt is only exacerbated by Buress snapping a selfie with him during this commotion.

To see the dramatic conclusion of their interview just watch the clip above, but we will say that there is full-male nudity and a drop-kick to the face involved. It feels safe to assume that Flav will not be making a return appearance to the show anytime soon.

Stay tuned for more of Eric Andre's insanity. The Eric Andre Show's fourth season is airing now on Adult Swim.

In other music news, early versions of Kanye West's track "I Am a God" and "FML" have both appeared on SoundCloud. Listen to them both in full right here.
